Good location, beautiful swimming pool, and nice garden—but that’s about it. Honestly, I’d only recommend this place to someone looking for a forced “internet detox,” because there’s barely any internet in this “luxury condo.” The developer, GCBM, has allowed APN to monopolize the market, giving them free rein despite their service being a complete disaster. Residents are stuck with this scam internet company (Myanmar APN), with no other options, while the developer turns a blind eye to constant complaints. GCBM clearly doesn’t care about these issues. So, if you’re planning a short stay or staycation, it’s fine. But for long-term living? Forget it.
