The rooms are compact but well equipped. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking basic meals, dishwasher is provided but is a little small. Fireplace and heating work great, ceiling fans are also present for warmer days. Only qualms are with the bed. The bedroom bed is ok, but the sofa bed is really bad. I can sleep in most places but that sofa bed was the exception - was very bad. I would recommend bringing an air matress if you have more than two people staying in the unit. WiFi is paid but we did not use as we had good coverage with T-Mobile. We used our phones as hotspots and had no problems working from home using that. Lots of things to do nearby, close to Mendocino, Ft. Bragg and lots of Coastal State parks nearby. The nearby public lands have vast trails that offer a lot of wildlife viewing opportunities.
