Antarman Review: Good Location, Poor Service While Antarman is in a great location, the overall experience was very disappointing. The service was subpar, and the facilities were poorly maintained. Hot water in the bathrooms was unavailable, with the excuse of a boiler short circuit. Even the lift was out of service. The rooms were in poor condition, with low maintenance and inadequate housekeeping. There was no tea/coffee replenishment, no toilet rolls in the bathrooms, and we had to wait over an hour to get hot water in a bucket. The staff displayed a lazy and indifferent attitude, which was shocking given the high rates charged. Antarman seriously needs to improve its service and upkeep to justify the price. Definitely not worth the money.
