After reading the reviews online, we were a little uneasy about what we were going to encounter upon our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to say the least. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. The pictures we saw online were exactly what we received. The pool was very clean and clear. The hot tub is inside a gazebo that was also very clean and well kept. The grounds and landscaping appear to be professionally maintained and looked very nice. Even the lagoon was clean, filled, a nice relaxing view. All staff we encountered were courteous and professional. Our unit was bug free and contained everything we needed in order to cook some of our own meals as well as the required items to be able to clean up after ourselves. Beds and all linens were clean and appeared to be fairly new as well. We look forward to returning as often as we can. Highly recommend.
