Just returned from an incredible stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa, booked through Costco Travel, which always makes the process easy and stress-free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The resort exceeded expectations in every way. The staff was professional, friendly, and constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Paola at the front desk—she was amazing. Warm, helpful, and made us feel welcome right away. She also helped with a room upgrade, which was a great surprise and really elevated our stay. The entire property is spotless. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, from the rooms to the pools to the restaurants. Every area felt well-kept and comfortable. This was one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. Great food, excellent service, and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.
