Been here many years. Love everything about Inspiration by the Bay besides SOME of the staff. Throughout the years we have experienced too many negative encounters to ignore. This specific encounter involving Beth (and not our only negative encounter with Beth) When we have had an issue or even a simple question to ask, Beth is typically hard to deal with and unprofessional. A complete bummer when trying to enjoy a vacation. Beth has already been fired once, I am not sure why they hired her back? The latest incident that lead to this poor review was her rude attitude toward me when dealing with a large bee swarm outside of the property we stayed in (beehive ended up being removed by a beekeeper who said the damage was extensive) Beth was unable to control her attitude when asked a simple question of when the beekeeper would arrive to take care of the issue. I will not go into further detail here, but I do hope this Fairmont property will hire someone with a little more hospitality.
