We had a perfect stay at Esperanza! The highlight was the friendly staff who went above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. We were welcomed with a seamless check-in process, our bags were whisked away to our casita and we were presented with welcome margaritas, snacks, and a birthday cake. Our room was also decorated with birthday balloons. Housekeeping left treats for us every day including tiny straw figurines and fresh flowers. Michelle and the concierge team were available 24/7 via text for help with reservations, room service, and whatever else we needed. There were two adults only infinity pools overlooking the ocean, each with hot tubs, which were incredibly gorgeous and relaxing and offered excellent poolside service. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
