I booked an apartment through Vrbo and i must say yes the building isn’t in perfect condition i don’t think many are as i saw by the beach but it is not as horrible as everyone makes it seem. I guess to who you are renting from matters as well i took pictures so that others can see the areas that i saw and wouldn’t get so afraid as i did getting close to going that i almost canceled. But didn’t and had no complaints. 1 elevator was messed up but there is a total of 6. Gym machines were all working. Restroom in gym was nice. Our apartment rental was good and as pictured. Hallways and lobby were ok but not horrible. Cafe was open. Location was great.
