Nice place overall but infinity pool seem for special guest only. We went to dine and bought food at the sunset restaurant then told the waiter we'll head to the infinity pool where they normally ask for a deposit of 250 $ pesos per individual. Once near the moment to pay the bill and go to the pool we were told whatever we ordered doesn't count since we needed to tell them prior. This felt so much like a kids game that we didn't wanted to spend more at this restaurant. Food tastes good but you'll find just as good food outside the hotel for cheaper. Also the AC in the room made such a terrible rubbing noise (metal on metal). The access to the beach is broken. There is also a fee to pay to have access to the beds and the beach has a big dangerous drop for kids that hasn't been repaired as of June 2025. The hotel is kinda clean and staff are paid minimum wage. I don't see a reason to encourage this whole behavior.
