This place has been under new management since Oct. 2024. Everyone is very kind & looks out for your best interest. I had two separate business trips & decided to try this place. You literally can not get any closer to the beach & I have lived on Maui for many years previous to living here in Florida. It was so nice after a long day to come back and open the screen door & lay down and let the sounds of the waves crash over you. (Yes, you are that close) Mid 80’s construction, the AC was ice cold when I wanted it. Extremely easy after hours check in/check out process. Also I always forget to put this because I am a little bigger dude who is a trained martial artist. BUT, this place is literally so safe. Your only danger is the very small possibility a retiree veers off the road in their brand new Bugatti & clips you… (that’s like if you are walking in a bike lane or something… not on the property…) lol other then that you are very safe. Also if you are into exercise, the whole community quietly wakes up and utilizes the sidewalks and plentiful biker lanes to get their sweat on. Bring your A + game tho, ladies and gents, because there are some of the most beautiful & tan men and women you will ever see, jogging by your place every morning… lol Oh, also my parents drove over from Lakeland just to play the dope corn ball setup they had & to watch the sunset and take me to dinner at a nice place that was super close by. Point being this place is awesome; for young people & old people.
