This company is HORRIBLE. I have been charged $250 for a pet fee I should have never been charge because my pet is ESA. After having to deal with my personal apartment flooding and utilizing your business, getting a refund for a wrongful charge has been impossible. Norman, your customer service person is horribly rude. He called me this morning to say he mistakenly sent an email stating I was getting a refund and in fact it is still being held. It’s been in your approvals department for a week. I am active duty. I paid my reservation, was forced to wait almost 5 hours to even get into the apartment I reserved and now I can’t get a refund for the money I was wrongfully charged. Shame on you, this company is not luxury. Im filing a complaint with Churchill Property Group and the BBB.
