Update: July 2022 Management went home for the weekend even though water was pouring down through the roof into units. They also openly lie about sending service personnel in order to protect favorite residents. Mold, mildew and insects runs amuck. JUNE 2008 It takes weeks for the current building management to fix anything. As well, current management hires and gives free range to the cheapest of all contractors. At anytime, you can have men loitering the halls and/or trying cars. Making for an extremely unsafe environment for women and small girls. When you ask management to track these contractors or at least verify who they are, the response is the same: they don't have time. For what is charged in HOA fees you'd expect more but not having had anyone butchered by a grifter is the best you'll get.
