The overall experience at Country Inn Bhimtal was pleasant, thanks to the serene surroundings and the genuinely helpful staff. The property itself is beautifully spread out with a natural charm that's perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, the rooms are quite dated and lack the upkeep you'd expect at this price point. They feel old and a bit dingy, and the value for money doesn't quite add up when compared to the tariff. The restaurant definitely needs a revamp — both in terms of ambience and menu. The prices are on the higher side, and unfortunately, the quality and overall dining experience don’t justify it. That said, the activities offered on-site are quite engaging, and great for families and kids. A special shoutout to Mr. Suraj, who truly stands out — he’s incredibly responsive, courteous, and goes above and beyond to help guests feel comfortable. He’s definitely the star of the show here. With some much-needed maintenance and upgrades, this property has the potential to offer a truly exceptional experience.
