We went to Costa Pacifica for dinner to celebrate my birthday. It was our first visit, and it certainly will not be our last. The tuna carpaccio, Mojarra Frita, and Shrimp Del Indio were divine. The beverages were delicious and inexpensive. We went on a Monday, and they offer Happy Hour promotions for the entire day. And the service was absolutely superb. We were blessed to have Hector as our server. He answered our questions regarding various items on the menu, and assisted with recommendations. We thanked him for guiding us to what matched our tastes, and for providing outstanding service. We highly recommend this restaurant. We visited the location at the Creamery District near the Pearl.
