Definitely can't give more than three stars but if there was a separate rating for the staff I would have given a five! The shower was bad! Water sprayed out every way but straight out. They changed the shower head but still not great. A decent shower head doesn't cost an arm and a leg. They don't give you enough water bottles. There are no disposable cups in the bathroom. No garbage can except for the one beside the toilet. The beds are comfortable but firm. The pools and facilities are very clean and well looked after so it's hard to understand why the management skimps out on some simple basic things! The food was excellent! Well prepared but you can order in advance with your room phone which I highly recommend because service is SLOW! The staff is doing their best with a great attitude and they don't throw the manager under the buss but you can see they are frustrated. If they brought the prices down $20/night it would be a great deal!
