The personnel are beyond exceptional—we had the pleasure to meet Mr German, the owner, along with his team genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile. Whether it was a warm welcome at check-in, helpful local tips, or a friendly chat by the pool, we felt truly cared for throughout our stay. The location is another big plus—close enough to everything you'd want to see in the south of Gran Canaria, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true escape.
