Very happy with everything. The spa facilities are very good. Surprisingly warm inside, so it's perfect for little kids who might feel cold at other swimming pools or spas. The outdoor heated pool is very good, plus a couple of different saunas. Not sure why people are leaving negative reviews. Check in was smooth, even during the ski holiday week when the hotel was busy. Maybe show up a little early or late and not exactly at the check in time. A bit of a wait for dinner. What's with having to rush all the time!?
