This is my second year leasing here, and I wouldn’t do it again. While the maintenance team is great, the office staff is unorganized. I'm not sure if something has happened within the last year with staff. I was once accused of putting trash out early. When I explained it wasn’t me (I was out of town nor was it my door), the staff simply said, “We waived it for you this time,” without acknowledging they had the wrong apartment. Meanwhile, I regularly see others leaving trash out early—often the same apartments. Another issue I faced was a locked payment account. I was told it was due to a late water bill, despite the fact that I always pay my bills on time. I repeatedly asked them to review my account, but was initially blamed again. When someone finally looked into it, they realized it was due to a failure on their end to update a completed signature. I've also had water leaks from the apartment above mine—twice. Both times I had to live with industrial humidifiers for several days. I remained patient and understanding throughout. I believe that when a resident pays their bills on time and is respectful, they deserve to be treated with the same consideration. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience here.
