First, five stars for the excellent service! We accidentally booked the wrong date through Booking.com — one day later than our actual check-in. The front desk agent, Gab, was incredibly helpful. He actively communicated with his manager and the website customer service and helped us sorted out the issue, helping us avoid the financial loss. Second, We were very satisfied with the quality of the room and the facilities. It was well equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, fridge, clean bathroom (with almost too many towels for a couple of days stay), and a living room with a sofa. We took a chance to go to the gym, the hot tub, and the sauna. We also really like the hotel location. Some reviews mentioned that it’s a bit away from the town center, but we actually found a beautiful hiking trail that leads directly to downtown Canmore. If you’re lucky, you might even spot a herd of elk along the way! Overall, we had a great experience. Although, like some other reviews have mentioned, the hotel is currently under construction and there was some noise during working hours, all the other benefits, including the reasonable price, definitely made up for it. Highly recommend!
