I was initially hesitant about booking this place, as the reviews and pictures didn’t quite capture what I was expecting. However, I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. I reserved a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment that comfortably accommodated three of us, and it could easily host a family of six thanks to its spacious layout and a convenient pullout couch downstairs. The amenities exceeded my expectations—shower pressure was excellent, making quick and refreshing showers easy especially if you’re a big group. The condo includes utilities for four people, with plenty of towels provided (Thanks Tina). While there’s no air conditioning, the ocean breeze just a block away kept the unit comfortably cool throughout our stay. A nice bonus was having a hot tub in each unit, perfect for relaxing evenings. Parking was also straightforward, with one dedicated spot included. A heads-up for warmer months: if you’re sensitive to heat, keep in mind that summer temperatures can get quite hot, and the unit might feel warm without A/C. Additionally, because of the communal setup, it can get quite loud—sounds from neighboring units are audible—so don’t forget your earplugs if you value quiet. Off-season, this spot is ideal for friends’ getaways or a quick romantic escape. Overall, a charming and practical choice that offers great value and a fantastic location near the ocean.
