the worst hotel in the world. I have never experienced this anywhere. first they moved us to another room where the lock didn't work. they took 3 hours to fix this problem. the total time it took to fix our room was five hours. if you want a good hotel, don't go here. I don't understand how this hotel can exist in the 21st century.
