It's difficult to speak Spanish and difficult to understand. No one else spoke English except with computer. Massage lady spoke English and massage was amazing. Front desk employees were very friendly and very good customer service. Make sure ATM or credit card works for American customers or an ATM that has different system choices. Rooms are cleaned and fresh towels daily.
