Guests adore Casa Dorada at Medano Beach for its rare status as a swimmable sanctuary in Cabo San Lucas, perched directly on the golden sands of the Medano Beach district. The atmosphere is effortlessly relaxed rather than stuffy, feeling like a second home thanks to attentive staff who genuinely connect with visitors. While the vibrant energy of nearby beach clubs provides a lively backdrop, the true standout detail is the seasonal baby turtle release, a magical experience that guests repeatedly cite as the highlight of their stay.
Loved the location and all of the amenities. We opted not to do the all inclusive because there were so many great options close by, but in the end we wound up spending most of our time at the resort anyway. The food and drinks were great, as was the room. The atmosphere in the resort was more chill and relaxed, but if you wanted a party, there were plenty of places right on the beach within 50 meters. We met a lot of great people at the pool bar -- everyone was so friendly -- and we never had an issue getting a lounge chair at the pool or on the beach. We are definitely coming back.
