Stayed in Dec 2024. This is not a group trip resort with friends for partying purposes. This is a great family resort. There are only 2 pools. One is the kiddie pool but that’s where the music and entertainment is at. Which I have to say the entertainment was so good. They have the right crew doing it. Younger people full of joy and energy. And the other is a quiet pool for reading or relaxing. Nighttime entertainment was good too! This resort is quite run down, however they keep it pretty clean. Most people want the huts, but they are stuffy and the kids room is a loft. Where if you go in the building, parents get their own room and the kids had separate beds which they really liked. The food was so good here. Buffet had shortages at certain times with new arrivals, but otherwise great. They had a night time snack bar too. The staff were friendly and the maids were so nice. Great location and some shops on site and right outside the gate. Very safe to go to. The beach was not great. Not a lot of sitting area and not the views you’d expect. But the kiddie pool is awesome cuz you can see the beach all day and there’s a bar right there too! Oh and bring wash cloths as they are hard to get. The grounds are lovely and great for walks. I would definitely go back with my family.
