This is a beautiful location and we have enjoyed it over the years since purchasing our timeshare in 2009. A friend and I recently spent a week and had a wonderful time. As a timeshare owner, there are some areas I would like to address. The north timshare building needs some maintenance, with new paint and updating small appliances (VC21A &B). The toaster was ready to burn up. The elevator needs to be working. If my husband was visiting, he would not be able to access the building. There are no events to gather timeshare owners i.e. welcome gathering, "special dinner" or event during the week to get people together, no live music at the bar to encouage people to gather and have a meal. The food is great. We caught fish and the chef did a great job preparing it. I realize there have been alot of changes with new ownership over the past few years, with the sale and lease of some of the facilities, but enviornment does not feel like "family", as it use to. The resort almost seemed vacant. The Ocean 23 pool should be open to the timeshare owners also. We did use it and purchased drink. The staff was amazing! The spa was wonderful! We had 2 messages during the week. Thank you.
