We've recently joined up as gold members of Canyon Woods back in August 2024, and I can say how dissatisfied we are as customers! We've paid downpayment of a bit over P55k on the spot when it was offered to us whilst we're holidaying in Boracay, and paid an initial first monthly payment of less than P14k, and we got such bad customer service from a reputable company. First of all, it didnt sit right already being asked to make a decision on the spot about joining up - and we we're told that coming back after having a think about the offer of membership would cost us a lot of money which is our fault anyways, because we still went ahead with the contract. But after enquiring for a simple matter such as booking availability - it literally took them around 20 days to properly reply with a hotel that they can offer which is such a poor service indeed for a premium payment that we've already provided. Not to mention the back and forth phone calls that was made to the company with no response until i have to follow up with messages to them. Very very poor service so we decided to withdraw our membership knowing in fact we wont receive any refund. Such a waste of money! But we’d prefer to do it that way rather than keep paying for something with such poor service in return. Please if you are ever given the same offer, think 100 times before falling for this! We're very disappointed with Canyon Woods and if only I can give it 0 star - i would.
