Cannot say this was a bad experience, but after a 7day staying in this hotel one of the main characteristics of this hotel for me, has been a lack of everything: a lack of plates and the cups in the morning during the breakfast, a lack of sun-beds near the pool and near the beach, a lack of free tables during any meal at the main restaurant. The personnel was really great, but it seemed to me that one of the most favourite phrases that they use was “thank you for your waiting”. I guess this is not the type of a phrase you’d like to hear through whole your vacation. I would like to ask the owners and the direction of this complex to pay more attention to the comfort of their visitors, we came here to relax, not to think about where to get the plates to feed our children
