Quiet, older condo complex. Onsite manager and maintenance. Pontoon boat rentals at reasonable price. Nice pool and hot tub. Rooftop area for BYOB sunset. 5 minutes to the public beach with restroom and shower. Seafood restaurant and full bar literally next door. Plenty of dock space and private launch for your boat. Four gas grills and plenty of picnic tables.
