A nightmare reservation! We confirmed our reservation and even paid for it, after driving for 8 hours and reaching the hotel at 2 am. They tell us that they gave away our reservation. Not to forget, the guy at the front desk named Erik who is supposed to be the night auditor was an even bigger nightmare. He was so rude and kept interrupting my husband and said," Sir, do not talk over me" when my husband wasn't talking over him, to begin with. We begged the guy to check if there was something as we had a flight at 7 am. I do have a recording of this. He simply asked us to leave. We had no choice but to leave and we had to drive around only to find out that no nearby hotels had any reservations. THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BEST WESTERN GIVES AWAY YOUR RESERVATIONS. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I DO NOT THINK ANYONE DESERVES THIS KIND OF TREATMENT.
