I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely disappointed with the experience, especially considering the £204 per night rate. The bathroom was poorly stocked—no conditioner, shampoo, lotion, or shower gel. Just one small bar of soap provided for everything, which is unacceptable for a hotel in your category and price range. The shower water pressure was very weak, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The atmosphere in the room itself felt stuffy and uncomfortable, making it hard to relax. The mattress was uncomfortably hard, and the pillows offered no support, making it difficult to get a proper night’s rest. The only positive I can mention is the hotel’s location. However, that alone doesn’t justify the high cost or make up for the overall lack of comfort and basic amenities. Unfortunately, I won’t be booking again with you
