I’m quite disappointed. The information I received from the third-party seller before my arrival was misleading. They claimed there would be balconies, but there aren’t any. When I called about the pricing, I was assured it included everything, including resort fees. The exact words were, “If it says all included, then it's included. That means no resort fees; the only thing you pay is a security deposit.” I also contacted the front desk multiple times, and they were very helpful. I asked if there was a pool, and a man confirmed that there was. When I inquired whether it was seasonal, he guaranteed it wasn't. However, upon my arrival, the front desk staff was nice, but the room I was given was very dusty. When I called about this, they offered to switch my room without any issue. The new room is a bit smaller, even though both are labeled as the same "type" of room. My niece came here specifically for the pool, only to find out it wouldn't open until Memorial Day. I told her that the gentlemen I spoke with had confirmed the pool was open and that it wasn’t seasonal. However, the woman at the front desk insisted I must have called the wrong hotel, stating there are no men working there. I explained that this is indeed the hotel I called multiple times, but she remained adamant that I was mistaken. I didn’t want to argue, so I just said it was another frustrating issue added to our experience. Now my niece is disappointed because she came here for her spring break specifically to enjoy the pool. The hotel isn't run down, but some of the furniture could use replacement. Most of the wear seems to come from careless customers, and I’ve seen much worse conditions elsewhere. It's not a bad hotel as long as you get what you expect, but coming here to find things are different is truly disappointing. I was also told that the third parties we purchased from make promises that aren't fulfilled, leaving them to manage frustrated customers.
