I’ve owned my townhouse for 13 years and have never experienced anything this frustrating. My husband and I have two vehicles—one always parked in our assigned spot, the other in guest parking. Recently, we lost one of our car keys and hired a locksmith to come help. When the locksmith arrived, the car was gone. The HOA had it towed for "abuse of guest parking," even though we are longtime residents and follow the rules. To make matters worse, the tow yard won’t allow the locksmith access to the vehicle, so we can’t retrieve it without the key—and we can’t get a new key without access to the car. It’s been 9 days. I’ve emailed Lazaro multiple times, called and texted Lee, left a message for Kevin, and followed up again with more emails—radio silence from all of them. This lack of basic communication is unacceptable. Stay far away and continue to report this kind of behavior. Residents deserve better.
