First time in Bintan and first time staying at Angsana. The best part of the experience was the wonderful service provided by the staff - no task was too big or too small for them and everything done with a big smile . A big thanks especially to Andi , Pancha, Risky and Chemil who went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The lunch at Lotus cafe was also exceptional- the Grilled Sea Bass and Green Curry with vegetables were perfectly cooked and served. The Dinner on the Rock at sister property Banyan Tree was a mindblowing and beautiful experience. Thank you to Amira for coordinating and for the excellent waiter service provided by Ujuan!! Highly recommend!
