The shuttle bus was too crowded all the time and there’re a long queue for the checking-in. Except these point, I had a wonderful experience here Food, room and onsen(hot spring) was really great☺️ I can recommend to family with baby/ kids. My kids were really enjoying sled and playing in the snow as well inside “yukiyuki land” in frog of this hotel⛄️ *yukiyuki land: ¥900 per person (same price for adult and kids) as of feb 2025. (I apologised about the wrong indication of price, I amended on 7 March 2025)
