Absolutely Unpleasant Stay, Unhygienic, and Poorly Managed My stay at this property was nothing short of distressing. The overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. The room was extremely cramped and poorly maintained, with visible signs of neglect. The bathroom lacked basic hygiene, and there were cockroaches inside the room a serious health and sanitation concern. To make matters worse, I discovered an insect in the food served, which is both disgusting and completely unacceptable. It reflects a complete lack of hygiene in food preparation and quality control. The lighting in the room was extremely dim, with dull yellow lights creating an uncomfortable, gloomy, and unsafe atmosphere ,especially during the night. It genuinely did not feel like a secure place to stay. The service was equally disappointing, unprofessional, unresponsive, and careless. Staff seemed disinterested in guest needs, and even basic requests were either delayed or ignored. I did not feel comfortable or safe throughout my stay. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property until major improvements are made in terms of cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
