150-200m to the beach on a very quiet soi in the center of Pattaya. It's hard to believe but true. I have nothing to complain about. The place is priceworthy. No breakfast buffet at our stay but several tasty choices from a la carte meny. Of course, it's close to all kinds of entertainment, i mean all!! The rooftop pool was cool and clean. Very few guests used it, so it felt like our private pool, but it's not big enough for swimming, really. I'll be back
