Our first stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint. From the moment we drove up we were greeted with such red carpet treatment, had our parking ticket already ready printed with our name on it. We arrived early and our room was not ready so we left all our luggage at the bell desk for safe keeping and expires the hotel and downtown Disney while they got our room ready. We received a text when our room was ready, requested an early check in and the room was ready about 30 minutes before check in time. As we waited for our luggage in our room we were warmly welcomed and greeted by, Scott, bringing up the luggage and showing us all the room perks, who to call, what to ask for, where to watch the World of Color with THE PERFECT view without leaving the hotel. Even filled our ice bucket for us. WHAT A GUY! Thank you Scott for all you did for us! We appreciated the complete walk through of everything. Laquita with THE BEST turn down service, while the baby was sleeping, she quietly provided excellent service by emptying out our trash, refilling our toiletries, got our beds ready for us to sleep in, fluffed our pillows and removed our dirty towels as well. I told her it was our son’s 4th birthday and she made his bed extra comfy with chocolates and surprised us with a birthday gift that was a Bluey pillow pet! Thank you Laquita!!!! You really made his birthday night incredibly special. Thank you Laquita and Scott for THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and making our first stay so dreamy. We will definitely not be staying anywhere else when we visit.
