We stayed 3 nights with our family of 4 in a premium one bedroom. The room had clearly been updated and had 2 pull out sofa beds and a king size bed. It also had 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Our room was located in the Summits area and had its own pool and fitness room in this area, although the main area of the resort was a short walk. The facilities and service were definitely 4 Seasons level, so not sure how to evaluate any of the negative reviews. I would highly recommend for families or groups. The location is close to the lagoon, which is great for runners who are looking to get some trail miles in.
