There were a few people working that didn’t feel very “Disney”- just being short and rude. Once we settled in though, this resort is a dream. The animals are super cool and I loved how there were guides there to provide additional info on the animals and their natural habitat. The pool is awesome! And the restaurants were delicious. I had an opportunity to taste several dishes and they were all fantastic
