We have stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Sunrise Lodge several times and it has been great. The staff is friendly and the cleaning team does an excellent job. So many places have really lapsed in their cleaning practices, but this resort and staff does their best and they go above and beyond. The valet team (valet was only available) is top notch and so helpful. Our room was kept beautifully when we stayed for a week. The only thing I would note that could improve is the limited kitchen supplies. You have the basics, but they are just that and not high end cooking tools. However, for short stays it works fine. Location is great too!
