Came here as part of our timeshare package. The rooms were very nice, very spacious. We had adjoining suites for all 9 of us and they even had a baby crib ready when we arrived. The kids loved the pool and the splash pad. The timeshare presentation wasn't aggressive or intrusive, so we were thrilled with that. They also had a recently redone leisure room with game systems for the kids, it was great. The location right in downtown Gatlinburg is perfect for walking around to enjoy the town, we didn't drive anywhere all week except to Dollywood. Overall, can't wait to come back again.
