THEY HAVE WATER KETTLES. I can't express how awesome that is. The majority of hotels expect you to brew your tea in the Keurig and then you end up with coffee tea. It's nasty. Being able to make myself a proper session every morning was absolutely wonderful. They have two pool areas. One main one and then another slightly smaller one on the other side of the property. Both are very nice and great temperatures. The hot tubs are wonderful. There are life jackets for kids unable to swim but kids can still drown so keep on eye on then even with the jacket on. We never used the golf cart service. Its a really nice walk around the pond. We found that being in the building at the end we had ample parking. However, I did find that parking became a problem as the evening progressed. The room was nice overall. The beds are in need of an update. Both sides had very obvious dips in the most slept on areas. The shower head needs to be replaced. The pull out bed was uncomfortable like all seem to be. Though my son didn't complain. The kitchens had pretty much everything we needed to cook meals. The balcony was very nice.
