We really enjoyed our stay at the Gold Point Resort. We had two three bedrooms and a studio for our family getaway, and we had more than enough space. The three bedroom units had a garage, which was awesome. All of the bedrooms had on-suites, which made it really nice. They are huge and well equipped with plenty of seating and a gas fire-place. The staff was very nice and super helpful when needed. The rec room in the main lodge was great with a really nice pool table and shuffle board. The resort is a few miles outside of town, and about 1,000 feet higher in elevation than the town, so prepare to acclimate for a couple of days. There is public transportation that will pick you up at the resort. We would absolutely stay here again. A great experience.
