Clara deserves a promotion! Her customer service was superb. She triple-checked to make sure we got the same building and floor as we did last year, which made my 3-year old daughter’s whole day because she remembers “room number 5” (as she calls it) since last year when she was 2 years old! My wife and I love this place, from the restaurants to the swimming pools to the cleanliness of the rooms.
