A great stay despite initial doubts! Before arriving, I had read some negative reviews on Google and honestly, I was a bit worried. But in the end, everything went really well and we had a great time! The pools were amazing — we spent entire days doing nothing but relaxing by the water. The poolside service was top-notch: drinks and snacks delivered right to us with a smile. The activities were also well-organized and fun. Big shoutout to Darwin for the great energy during the animations, to Francesca at breakfast for her warmth, and to Alma for taking such good care of us by the pool. The restaurants were good, the food was tasty, and the staff was always friendly. Our room was clean and well kept throughout the stay. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the loud alarm from a nearby factory that went off every night — quite unpleasant and disruptive. Also, the sales reps at the entrance who try to pitch you as soon as you arrive: once we declined the offer, they didn’t help us with anything, including restaurant bookings. Luckily, we were able to make our own reservations easily, even on the same day, and enjoyed dining out every night with no issues. All in all, a very good experience, and I’m glad I didn’t let the bad reviews stop me from coming!
