What truly sets it apart is the incredible staff—they are the heart and soul of this resort and the reason we return year after year. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of Rydaldo, the doorman, who always makes us feel like family. Eder consistently goes above and beyond, offering top-notch service with a smile that lights up the room. Patricia’s beachside service is simply outstanding—she makes relaxing by the ocean feel like a luxury experience. And we can’t forget Angel and Manuel, who are two of the most genuine, kind, and hardworking individuals we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. There’s something truly special about seeing the same friendly faces each year. It speaks volumes about the care and community the Royal Cancun fosters—not just for its guests, but among its staff as well. And, I cannot forget the excellent work of Teresa Poot, our cleaner.
