SECOND UPDATE- GENERAL MANAGER NEVER CONTACTED ME ITS BEEN A WEEK Everything was the truth and is the truth sorry Front desk clerk nice. Hotel VERY dated. We have stayed here many times but this time we got our room, went to our room and flipped on one light Only to find some overweight homeless guy in our room naked. Who had just used the shower in the dark? We instantly rushed back to the front desk. We were put in another room. Not given any type of refund and in the room they put us in were dirty dishes in the sink. I would hope that they would take better care of these considering that these are owned by others? Do better Pinestead, maybe try to make it right with people when it's wrong manager Tom !
