The 5 stars are fake, the 1 stars are not realistic. 3-4 stars is fair. While the apartments themselves and the maintenance speed are very acceptable (not luxury as advertised, but good), the staff is unreachable and the property has minor issues. To be fair, it's a staff of like 4 for about 200 apartments and there's a ticket portal for maintenance issues. They're pretty fast with fixing apartment issues through their ticket portal, no complaints. For non-apartment issues, emailing usually works, but is slow. You might need to walk into the office. Don't bother calling because you're routed to a call center in a third world country who will tell you they'll forward your message, but you never hear back. To be fair, I'm sure they get a lot of calls because, again, it's only a staff of 4 for 200 apartments and you're supposed to use the ticket portal for maintenance issues. The only issues I had with the property were the elevators breaking, litter wasn't horrible but a piece here and there was usually present (not sure why anyone would litter in their own home), and outsiders use the dumpster so it's always full and overflowing. We left the apartment in pristine condition, but they took $200 out of the security deposit. They didn't send an inspection report or a reason, just took the money and ignored all emails.
