What an amazing experience! The rooms are clean, and stocked properly with whatever you need. The price is INSANE value for what you receive. Every member of the staff I interacted with was amazing to deal with. Toni, Lino, and Wendy were awesome and super friendly! There was a young guy I forgot to get his name, he was tall with black hair I believe. He was on a golf cart riding around the complex, and he saw me struggling to get in my room and offered to help. He could've easily strolled by and not done anything, to do that is amazing service and you could tell he was kind. I was very jet lagged that day otherwise I would've got his name lol, I never saw him after that day I wanted to give him a tip for being so cool. I don't really understand how you could rate this place low. Don't worry if you see some people say it's "unclean" or has "roaches" etc. That's not true. Maybe a bug got in from outside, but what do you expect it's a tropical climate. I don't know the next time we'll go to Hawaii, but we will for sure stay here again. Thank you to every staff member I interacted with here, you guys are great especially at a time where customer service is at an all time low. I believe the general manager's name is Doug, thank you for having an amazing staff team. 5 star experience, til next time!
