This hotel was terrible, their customer service was unbelievably bad. We had requested a 5AM escort from our room to the entrance of the hotel since my father is handicapped. However, by 5:30 there still was no one to come by and take us to the lobby. After calling and letting the front know we had not yet been picked up we were told to just walk over to the main transfer. We did so since our flight was at 6:30AM and could not risk wasting more time. We were picked up from the transfer at 5:50 in a crowded cart that barely had enough room to accommodate us. Then we arrived at the front to pick up our vehicle and it was still NOT READY even after an hour’s notice at this point. We did not get our vehicle until about 6:10 and missed our flight. This was horrible, and unacceptable. My family did everything that we needed to do to ensure that we would have made it out on time and caught our flight home. We called and notified the hotel of our needs but they still failed. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. This is easily the worst experience that we have ever had.
